Chamber responsibilities
A committee known as the Chamber Council consisting of up to 12 executive members are elected at the Annual General Meeting run the chamber and are directors of the company. They elect a President and then at the next following Council meeting elect a chairman from among their number. Any Council vacancies are filled by co-option until the next AGM.
